Payment

As a client, you are responsible for all charges incurred during your treatment, regardless of any insurance, third-party involvement, or ongoing legal issues. Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Currently, accepted payment methods include cash and e-transfers. In the future, the facility plans to accept card payments (debit, Mastercard, Visa) and offer direct billing options to insurance companies.

Cancellation

We request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. While we understand emergencies or unforeseen circumstances like illness or severe weather, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. If you’re experiencing symptoms like cold, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel and reschedule for a time when you’re feeling better. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures the best service for all clients.
Consider referring a friend to take your appointment slot if you’re unable to attend.

Inappropriate behaviour

Massage therapy is strictly a therapeutic and relaxation treatment with no sexual component. Any sexual insinuation, hint, gesture, joke, conversation, or request is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the massage session and a refusal of future services. This policy ensures a professional and respectful environment for both the therapist and the client.
